Legs and thighs
If you have localized fat deposits on your thighs but your skin is still elastic, liposuction can likely help. A thigh lift is often necessary after significant weight loss or due to skin sagging associated with aging. This results in excess skin that is bothersome and unattractive. In the summer, simply walking can irritate the skin, especially if the inner thighs are somewhat thicker.
Thigh lift
If the excess skin is limited, a thigh lift with the scar located in the groin crease may be sufficient. With more significant excess skin, the scar is extended to about 10 cm above the knee on the inner thighs. These procedures are often combined with liposculpture, allowing more skin to be removed. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and takes about 2 hours.

After the procedure
After a short stay in the recovery room, you will be taken to your room to rest further. You may go home later that day, but you may not drive yourself.
For about 4 weeks you will have to wear special pantyhose that provide extra support for the skin and the scar. The first few days you will experience some discomfort when sitting upright or walking.
The result
It will take several weeks before you can see the final result of the thigh lift.
The scars become less and less visible, but this can take up to a year. However, the small scars from a possible liposculpture heal very quickly.
