Lipofilling

Aging is usually accompanied by loss of volume, which makes the face look 'sunken'. A fuller face stands for youthfulness, freshness, health. With this technique, fatty tissue is removed from another part of the body, e.g. the abdomen, and is used to rebuild facial volumes. With lasting results.
The fat cells are centrifuged, washed and filtered so that only living cells remain. With very fine cannulas, the pure fat cells are re-implanted: at the level of the cheekbones, in the nasolabial fold, the jawline, the sunken cheeks, lips, etc. They are evenly distributed so that they can grow in as much as possible. In general, 70% of the fat grows in, which gives beautiful and lasting results.
After a few weeks, a significant improvement in skin quality and skin elasticity becomes visible.
Practical
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia with a sedative injection or under general anesthesia.
Afterwards you will rest in a recliner or you will be taken from the recovery room to your room. In both cases you can go home the same day.
You will receive a letter with advice on how to recover as well and as quickly as possible.
You will be given an appointment to have the stitches removed after one week.
You will notice some slight swelling and possibly some bruising for a few days.
