MACS lift
If lines and wrinkles become too deep, a mini facelift that focuses on preserving your natural facial expressions can offer a solution.
Through an incision behind the ear, the tissues are released, after which the subcutaneous tissues are lifted vertically using a permanent suture.
This mini facelift takes 60 to 90 minutes. Sometimes this is combined with double chin liposuction and/or eyelid surgery.
The results are remarkable: you'll have a fresh and youthful face and a tight jawline again. You have taken a step back in time of about 10 years.
Practical information

The mini facelift is performed under local anesthesia with a sedative injection or under general anesthesia.

If the procedure was performed under local anesthesia, you may rest for a while in a recliner while we apply a cold compress. Afterward, you may go home (with your driver!).

After a procedure under general anesthesia, you will first go to the recovery room and then to your room. After you have eaten and drunk something, you may go home. With your driver!

You will receive a letter with advice to heal as well and as quickly as possible. You will be given an appointment to have the stitches removed after 10 days.

You will notice some swelling and possibly some bruising for a few days.

You may wear make-up again the day after the stitches have been removed.
